What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
  • Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining production and quality standards.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team goals.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or aggregate environment.
  • Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, customers, and supervisors.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the capability to inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.
  • Reliable, self-motivated individual with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
