Loader Operator I

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain material flow to support production and customer demand
• Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and site-specific operating rules
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop proficiency
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet operational needs
• Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operation

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
