Teaching Assistant/Marker – ADMN 285

Fall 2026

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent Organizational Skills.
  • Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Access to internet and able to navigate online educational software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to students working on assignments.
  • Provide support to students in preparation for midterms and final exams.
  • Consult and work with the instructor on academic or student related matters and undertake other duties as assigned.
  • Arrange community activities.
  • Set up videoconferencing equipment when required.
  • Invigilate students during exams and other course work.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom.
