"Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods is looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager Candidate for our Wholesale Distribution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, will lead by example, develop team members to maximize work production, support all company directives, and be dedicated to the company's core values. They must be able to supervise a group of employees on a daily basis.
They must be familiar with Fleet /Route Management, Order Pulling, Restocking, Merchandising and be able to use a Pallet Jack and Fork Lift.
Wholesale Distribution experience is a PLUS!
**Warehouse Management Experience is a MUST!!!
**Experienced in a production geared facility
**Experienced in a fast-paced work environment
This is a Full Time Position and involves working most Holidays and weekends. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday but does vary according to workload.
