You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.
How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.
The o9 DP/SP/IBP Business Analyst bridges business needs with technical solutions in supply chain planning. This role focuses on o9 Digital Brain platform for Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), driving process optimization and system implementations.
What you will bring
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirements gathering through workshops with stakeholders for o9 modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, S&OP, and IBP processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration aligned with o9 data models.
• Design, configure, and test o9 solutions; create process models, support integrations with SAP S/4HANA or other systems via CI-DS, EDI, or IDocs.
• Lead fit-gap sessions, develop BRDs/FRDs, conduct UAT, and collaborate with development teams for custom objects and enhancements.
• Analyze data for planning scenarios, track KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve inefficiencies, risks, and business performance.
• Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value
• Define, document, and maintain end to end IBP processes, including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and executive review cycles (MBRs).
• Define and track (with support of COE) key customer performance metrics aligned with expectations, segmentation, capabilities and SLAs ensuring financial and strategic alignment
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
• Own and manage o9 IBP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ
• Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement

Preferred Experience
• End-to-end o9 implementations, including Merchandise Financial Planning and Long-Range Planning.
• Supply chain domain knowledge in FMCG/consumer goods, aligning with Mondelez-like operations.
A Knowledge, Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of overall experience
• 5+ years in business analysis, with 3+ years hands-on o9 platform, SAP IBP, or equivalent.
• More than 3 years’ experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Large global team management, including internal and contract resources
• Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
