Job Title: Pulldown Operator
The Pulldown Operator is responsible for weighing tubs, loading, and operating pulldown machines
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Follow all safety standards
Review manufacturing order, ticket, aframe, and tub for accuracy
Locate Tub(s) on scale
Review Tub(s) are free of debris and well-lined to eliminate quality issues
Divide MFG order by number of ports
Cut material
Locate Tub(s) to holding area
Patrol Machine to ensure proper running
Enter data to WIP
Get and prepare shade checks when required
Assist with the development of SOP’s for new fabrics
Record measurement data on process control form
Maintain good housekeeping in area
Identify opportunities for preventive action
Ability to multi-task and remain flexible
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Work independently with insight to seek help from experienced peers
Follow directions provided in work instructions
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent hand, finger and wrist movement to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Requires walking (80%) and standing (10%)

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance
Constantly lift, up to 10 pounds, may frequently lift, up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lifts, up to 50 pounds
