O jovem aprendiz terá como responsabilidade participar das aulas teóricas ministradas pela instituição de ensino parceira do Sicredi nos dias e horários estipulados.
Além disso, para o aprendizado prático no Sicredi, o jovem aprendiz irá exercer atividades de apoio atividades administrativas internas e também de atendimento aos associados auxiliando também nos caixas eletrônicos.

Em conjunto as atividades exercidas no Sicredi o jovem participará do Programa de Aprendizagem onde frequentará semanalmente aulas que serão ministradas pela instituição de ensino parceira da Cooperativa.
