O profissional irá prestar apoio e orientar os encaminhamentos dos associados na plataforma de negócios, autoatendimento ou aos guichês de caixa, conforme as necessidades levantadas no contato direto; auxiliar na conferência de documentos; na montagem de dossiês e na formalística das operações; e, apoiar atividades operacionais diversas de rotinas administrativas.

Executar tarefas rotineiras de suporte e atendimento ao negócio (agência) e/ou suporte administrativo, realizar atendimento telefônico e presencial aos associados.
