Job Description

Responsible for the continuous development and verification of compliance with global talent acquisition standards and processes

• Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company
• Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes
• Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media
• Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents
• Supports the selection process for filling key positions
• Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT
• Supports key users for the applicant management system
• Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices
• Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes
• Steers global programs and projects

Qualifications

Level of Education: University Degree in relevent field

Experience: Min 2 years of experience

Languages: French and English
