• Administer the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including user management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and other M365 services.
• Administer and optimize M365 licensing to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce M365 security and compliance features.
• Act as the primary point of contact and support for M365-related issues, serving as the escalation point for complex problems.
• Perform routine system health checks, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for M365 services.
• Plan, execute, and document M365 service upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for M365 automation and efficient management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of M365 services within the broader IT landscape.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cloud Certifications are highly valued.
• 3+ years in a dedicated O365 or equivalent IT role. Proven practical experience with Microsoft 365 services and platforms.
• Excellent command of English Language
• Advanced proficiency across the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for M365 administration and automation.
• Effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong cross-functional team collaboration, and proficient in producing clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail, ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance policies, and maintaining impeccable documentation for audit readiness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong focus on user experience and delivering high-quality support.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical reports.
