ALTEN México, líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, busca un Cybersecurity Project Engineer para gestionar e implementar proyectos de ciberseguridad enfocados en la protección de infraestructura tecnológica, redes y sistemas críticos. El rol participará en la implementación de controles de seguridad, gestión de identidades y accesos, así como en iniciativas de fortalecimiento de infraestructura y cumplimiento de estándares internacionales de seguridad de la información.
• Gestión y coordinación de proyectos de ciberseguridad en entornos corporativos e industriales
• Implementación de controles de seguridad y políticas de protección de infraestructura
• Hardening de servidores, sistemas operativos y componentes de red
• Implementación y administración de soluciones IAM (Identity & Access Management)
• Implementación y seguimiento de herramientas SOC / SIEM para monitoreo y detección de incidentes
• Soporte en proyectos de infraestructura y seguridad de redes
• Participación en migraciones seguras a entornos cloud
• Realización de evaluaciones de riesgo, auditorías y análisis de vulnerabilidades
• Alineación de procesos de seguridad con estándares internacionales como ISO 27001, NIST y marcos de cumplimiento aplicables
• Coordinación con equipos de IT, seguridad y operaciones para asegurar la continuidad y protección de los sistemas
Requirements
• Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciberseguridad o carrera afín
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de ciberseguridad
• Experiencia en implementación de controles de seguridad y hardening de infraestructura
• Conocimiento en IAM (Identity & Access Management)
• Experiencia con herramientas SOC / SIEM
• Experiencia en proyectos de redes y seguridad de infraestructura
• Conocimiento en migraciones seguras a nube
• Experiencia en evaluaciones de riesgo y cumplimiento (ISO 27001, NIST u otros marcos de referencia)
• Inglés nivel B2 o C1
