TITLE: Management Analyst Specialist
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This role is tasked with analyzing user requirements and designing new system application solutions, as well as enhancing existing ones, to address changing business needs and operational challenges. It demands a comprehensive understanding of the principles, methods, practices, standards, procedures, and compliance requirements associated with the business function for designing and developing system solutions. In support of existing systems, this role requires expertise in knowledge sharing, testing, documentation, and Service Level management reporting. Additionally, it serves as a key liaison between operations, support teams, and business users to ensure effective system usage, resolve issues, and correct discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree or above in business related major
• Experience in business and system process improvement
• Business Analyst experience in manufacturing company with experience writing system requirement specifications (SRS).
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify system improvement opportunities for efficiency; gather and analyze data to support decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• New system development - Project requirements/specifications gathering and documentation; respond to questions and concerns from management with supporting research and recommendations; break down business problems into actionable items in the planning phase for the development team; Proactively identify and resolve conflicting requirements, answer questions, provide details, address changes to requirements, and facilitate dialog across teams
• System integration - Perform system testing, coordinate system/procedure integration, and train users for new entities.
• System improvement - Evaluate the needs for improvement request; strategize and develop recommendations for business solutions; perform feasibility analysis of selected solutions prior final selection; document the scope and specifications; act as the project manager to coordinate the implementation.
• Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Author and update internal and external documentation.
