• This role is responsible for developing new test programs and procedures to accommodate emerging technologies, ensuring equipment functionality and efficiency through maintenance and upgrades. The role conducts advanced part inspections to maintain product quality and independently identifies and resolves typical work area problems. The role serves as a technical resource and escalation point for team members, manages projects efficiently, and aligns work with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates in the process of diagnosing and rectifying issues associated with both novel and established protocols, apparatus, products, and more.
• Acts as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Prioritizes and manages various projects and workloads to meet operational goals efficiently.
• Develops fresh test programs and procedures as required to accommodate emerging technologies.
• Manages customer equipment, performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Performs incoming and outgoing advanced part inspections to identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or quality concerns, maintaining product quality.
• Aligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implements process improvements to standardize processes globally.
• Adheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.
• Completes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.
• Identifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in equipment operation and troubleshooting , or a related field.
