What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily quarry operations through general utility and labor activities
• Assist with safe material handling, cleanup, and maintaining an organized worksite
• Perform routine inspections, greasing, and basic preventative maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with plant and mobile equipment teams to support production goals
• Actively follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings and training

• Ability to work safely and responsibly in a quarry or heavy industrial environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with flexibility to support changing priorities
• Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn quarry equipment and processes
• Dependable work ethic with attention to safety and quality
• Physical capability to perform labor-intensive work in an outdoor setting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
