What You'll Be Doing

- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and work areas

- Monitor material flow and assist with crushing and screening operations

- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly

- Support team operations with general labor and site upkeep as needed

What Are We Looking For

- Demonstrated ability to operate or learn to operate quarry equipment safely

- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and communication

- Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
