What You'll Be Doing
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Respond to equipment issues and complete repairs promptly.
• Work with plant personnel to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and maintenance standards.
What Are We Looking For
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to identify and solve equipment problems.
• Ability to safely maintain and repair industrial equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
Conditions of Employment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
Work Environment
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
