What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials
• Perform routine inspections and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance
• Load, unload, and move materials using plant machinery and tools
• Follow safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily operations

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn plant and heavy equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and take initiative on assigned tasks

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
