FKP is hiring Front Office Support staff to join their team!

Position Summary

The Front Office Support position plays a key role in the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and familiarity with office equipment, software, and office procedures. Responsibilities include filing, answering phones, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and providing exceptional front desk support to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to management and perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Answer telephone calls, screen incoming calls, and forward calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle basic inquiries and sort incoming mail.
  • Copy, scan, and file documents.
  • Monitor office supply levels and order replacements as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Observe and uphold professional business etiquette at all times.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.

Experience

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming and positive environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and office procedures is required.
