Receptionist, Front End position includes the following but is not limited to:
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage; collect co-pays and patient payments
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic data
• Handle patient inquiries, medical records, and related paperwork
• Manage incoming/outgoing faxes, mail, and office correspondence
• Coordinate with dialysis centers, hospitals, labs, and referring providers
