Where You’ll Make a Difference

As part of our RTR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operations across LATAM and North America

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations

• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Analyzing financial data and identifying process improvement opportunities

• Partnering with cross-functional teams across LATAM and NOAM to deliver high-quality results

• Contributing to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and efficiency

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Previous experience in RTR processes / General Ledger / Accounting operations

• Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting

• Intermediate to advanced English (required)

• Portuguese is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working in a shared services or global environment

• Exposure to LATAM and/or NOAM accounting processes

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
