Job Category: Housekeeping, Hotel & VenuesThe Saint Paul Hotel in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Guest Representative/Front Desk.
This position greets guests and demonstrates exceptional service and hospitality while fulfilling check in, check out, and other guest needs.

Job Responsibilities
Greets guests, assigns rooms and issues room keys, following room availability and rate parameters.
Completes prompt and accurate handling of guest mail and packages.
Correctly posts charges to accounts, computes bill, and collects payment.
Answers quest inquiries pertaining to the hotel services and area attractions.
Monitors the maintenance and cleanliness of all front public areas.
Completes daily checklist and runs appropriate reports.

QualificationsJob Requirements
Six to twelve months related experience or training/education in a hotel or lodging environment.
Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
