Περίληψη:

Υπεύθυνος για την εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και επισκευή συστημάτων VRF/VRV και split-type μονάδων κλιματισμού. Εκτελεί τεχνικές εργασίες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας, περιβάλλοντος και τις προδιαγραφές των κατασκευαστών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

• Τοποθέτηση και σύνδεση εσωτερικών/εξωτερικών μονάδων

• Έλεγχοι κενού, φόρτιση ψυκτικού και δοκιμές λειτουργίας

• Διάγνωση βλαβών και προληπτική συντήρηση

• Τήρηση κανόνων ασφάλειας και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Δίπλωμα Ψυκτικού ή σχετική πιστοποίηση

• 35 έτη εμπειρίας σε συστήματα VRF/VRV και split

• Γνώση εργαλείων: αντλίες κενού, πολύμετρα, διαρροοανιχνευτές

• Καλή συνεργασία & επίλυση προβλημάτων

Προτιμώμενες Πιστοποιήσεις:

• Άδεια χειρισμού ψυκτικών (F-Gas, EPA)

• Πιστοποίηση από κατασκευαστές (π.χ. Daikin)

• Εκπαίδευση HSE/OSHA

Job Title: Refrigeration Technician VRF & Split AC Units

Department: HVAC / Mechanical

Reports To: HVAC Supervisor / Site Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/VRV) systems and Split Air Conditioning Units, ensuring high performance, system integrity, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation:

• Install indoor and outdoor units for VRF, VRV, and ductless split systems according to manufacturer specifications and shop drawings.
• Route refrigerant piping, drain lines, and electrical cabling between indoor and outdoor units.
• Perform flaring, brazing, insulation, and vacuuming of refrigerant piping.
• Install control wiring, communication cables, and user interfaces.

2. Testing & Commissioning:

• Conduct vacuum and pressure testing of refrigerant circuits.
• Charge systems with refrigerant following standard procedures.
• Assist in system start-up and commissioning with manufacturers or senior engineers.
• Verify correct system operation and perform performance tests.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair faults in VRF, split AC units, and refrigerant piping.
• Clean filters, coils, and drain trays regularly as part of preventive maintenance.
• Check compressor, fan motors, PCB boards, and sensors for functionality.
• Recover refrigerant and recharge systems as per environmental guidelines.

4. Compliance & Safety:

• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies during work (PPE, safe handling of refrigerants, etc.).
• Follow manufacturer manuals and project standards.
• Maintain tools, gauges, and recovery units in good working condition.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Fill out service reports, maintenance logs, and installation checklists.
• Communicate work progress, issues, and material requirements to supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Diploma, or Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with installation and servicing of VRF/VRV and split-type AC systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of refrigerant cycle, electronic expansion valves (EEVs), compressors, and inverter systems.
• Skilled in using manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery units, leak detectors, and multimeters.
• Familiarity with brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, Trane, or Toshiba VRF systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• F-Gas / EPA Refrigerant Handling License
• Manufacturer Training (e.g., Daikin VRV Certified Installer)
• Safety Training (OSHA / HSE)
