About the Opportunity

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources and understanding how HR operates within an international company environment?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (m/f/d) to support our HR team in day-to-day operations while gaining practical exposure to core HR processes and people operations.

This voluntary internship is designed for candidates who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and build a strong foundation in Human Resources. During the internship, you will work closely with the HR team and gain valuable insights into employee lifecycle management, HR systems, internal processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Learn & Support

As part of the internship, you will gain exposure to and support with:

🔹 Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
🔹 HR administration and daily operational HR activities
🔹 Maintaining and updating employee data within HRIS systems
🔹 Drafting and understanding employment documents, contract amendments, and reference letters
🔹 Coordination with IT for employee onboarding and offboarding activities
🔹 Exposure to cooperation with the Workers Council (Betriebsrat)
🔹 Maintaining HR documentation and internal records
🔹 Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities
🔹 Assisting with HR & Office Management in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

✔ Interest in Human Resources, People Operations, or Business Administration
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
✔ Professional and reliable working style
✔ Comfortable handling confidential information
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ German proficiency required; English is a plus
