职位描述
1、负责车辆VMC算法的设计、开发与优化，聚焦动力学建模、转向/制动/驱动协同控制等核心模块，完成仿真验证，保障算法操控稳定、响应高效且安全； 2、负责VMC算法工程化落地，对接底层控制单元及硬件平台，完成代码编写、调试与标定，协同团队解决实车测试问题，确保算法适配不同车型； 3、负责跟踪VMC领域前沿技术，开展技术预研与创新，参与需求分析及规范制定，输出技术资料，配合团队推进项目并解决相关技术难题。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历， 控制工程、软件工程、车辆工程等工科专业； 2、熟悉轮胎力学、操纵稳定性、底盘子系统原理、现代控制理论与状态估计 — MPC/LQR、卡尔曼滤波、优化理论； 3、熟悉AI/机器学习与信号处理 — 机器学习、信号滤波、深度学习时序预测、嵌入式软件开发 — C/C++、MATLAB/Simulink、MBD开发流程。
