Responsibilities:

Market Research and Insights

Conduct comprehensive market research, user surveys, and competitor analysis to support product iteration and optimization.
Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to capture industry trends and customer demands.
Lead global product portfolio management, conducting business analysis from multiple perspectives including financial feasibility and market accessibility.
Perform in-depth competitor analysis, identify unique selling points of the product, and provide decision support for product positioning

Product Strategy Planning

Formulate product vision, strategic positioning, and differentiated roadmap, ensuring alignment with Bosch Group's overall business objectives.
Monitor product market performance and continuously optimize product strategies.

Product Full Lifecycle Management

Manage the complete lifecycle of products from concept to phase-out, including product pricing, promotion strategies, and phase-out plans.
Collect and analyze internal and external user feedback, transforming it into clear product requirements and design specifications.
Closely collaborate across teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Drive innovation activity

Seek new business opportunities and define the innovation topics of vehicle sensor, based on deep understanding of the trends and concerns of vehicle & motion system
Scout the new technologies, corresponding characteristics and development trends within cross-industrial, contributing to innovative product and process development in vehicle sensor
Lead innovation projects in CN to deliver new product concepts, by coordinating with systems and driving diverse innovation mode
Initiate and lead co-research projects with 3rd agency& institutes for advanced sensing technology developing and application.
Lead local business development of new products, with clear strategy based on well understanding of system architecture and customers thinking

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Solid skills in market intelligence management, including mining, study and analysis.
Future orientated and passionate to initiate and lead innovation/research projects.
Experiences in project management of new product/technology R&D project including business case simulation, project planning, budget management risk management, etc.
Experiences in new product development, promotion or roadmap management, preferred dynamic sensor experiences
Familiar with chassis system including braking system, steering system and suspension system, corner module knowledge is preferred.
Proactive in learning new technologies, system architectures and explore new opportunities
Good team player in global team and good storyteller.
