职位描述
围绕智能辅助驾驶场景，负责多模态大模型（包括但不限于 VLM/VLA 等）的算法迭代和应用落地，工作职责包括但不限于：多模态大模型模型结构设计与训练优化、高质量训练和评测数据构建与迭代、预训练/后训练性能优化等； 探索大模型的技术前沿与能力边界，创新性拓展智能辅助驾驶能力，推进大模型在智能辅助驾驶领域的落地应用。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、计算机视觉、人工智能等相关专业； 具备扎实的编程技能和扎实的算法基础，具有深入的深度学习和大模型项目实践经验； 拥有当前主流 LLM/VLM/VLA/强化学习技术原理、模型架构背景，具备大模型各阶段训练或工程化经验； 热爱技术、自驱力强、拥有出色的问题分析和解决能力，能够深入挖掘并解决探索过程中遇到的难题； 在人工智能/计算机视觉等领域发表过学术论文或技术报告者优先
