在研发部门担任渲染技术美术师,你将向技术美术负责人汇报,并与技术美术、美术和程序各个团队合作,构建支持游戏美术风格的材质和着色器。你还将参与灯光和资产优化,同时通过开发工具和管线,为团队中的美术人员提供支持,帮助他们改进工作流程,消除技术障碍和低效环节。
