职位描述
2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能座舱全场景人机交互界面（HMI）设计，覆盖仪表盘、中控屏、副驾驶屏、后排娱乐屏、HUD（抬头显示）、方向盘交互、语音助手、多模态交互等显示终端与交互触点。 2.参与用户研究与需求分析，深入理解驾驶场景下的用户行为、认知负荷与安全需求，输出用户画像、场景地图、信息架构与交互流程图。 3.负责交互设计，完成从需求到方案的转化，输出线框图、流程图、可交互原型，定义界面跳转逻辑、手势操作、语音反馈、动效示意等。 4.负责视觉设计，完成界面高保真设计、图标设计、动效设计与视觉规范制定，确保在车载环境下具备良好的可读性、易操作性与品牌一致性。 5.参与多模态交互体验设计，协同语音、手势、眼动、触控等多种交互方式，设计自然、直观、低干扰的交互反馈与界面状态转换。 6.参与智能座舱设计系统与组件库的建设与维护，制定设计原则、交互规范、视觉规范、动效规范，并推动设计与开发侧的组件化落地。 7.参与可用性测试与驾驶模拟测试，制定测试方案，收集与分析用户反馈，基于数据与观察迭代设计方案，持续优化体验。 8.跟踪智能座舱行业设计与技术趋势，如 AR-HUD、3D 车模渲染、AI 助手、多屏互动、场景引擎等，探索创新交互方案并推动落地。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达设计、数字媒体艺术、计算机科学与技术、心理学、人因工程等相关专业。 2.掌握交互设计基本理论与方法，熟悉用户研究、竞品分析、信息架构、任务流程设计、可用性测试等设计环节。 3.具备良好的视觉设计能力，掌握平面构成、色彩原理、排版原则、字体设计、图标设计等，能输出高质量视觉方案。 4.了解人机交互与用户体验相关标准与方法，如可用性工程、认知心理学、用户模型、设计思维等。 5.熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD 等主流界面设计工具，能高效完成线框图、高保真设计与交互原型。 6.掌握至少一种交互原型工具，如 ProtoPie、Principle、Framer、Axure，能制作可交互、可演示的动态原型。 7.了解动效设计工具或实现方式，如 After Effects、Lottie、Rive、Unity、Unreal Engine 等。
