职位描述
1、剧情创作：参与游戏中某段剧情关卡或叙事模块的故事设计与剧本撰写； 2、叙事体验共创：与游戏导演、关卡设计师协作，把关卡想表达的主题、情节、角色、情绪转化为可落地的关卡体验； 3、角色设计：参与关键角色的设定创作，跟进其在游戏中的落地表现； 4、文案支持：为关卡内的玩法、系统、物品等提供叙事包装，让内容符合世界观、提升沉浸感; 5、世界观参与: 参与世界观的讨论与细化，提出有创意的构思，丰富故事细节。
职位要求
1、中文/戏剧影视文学/编剧/文学相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的剧本创作、故事构思与人物塑造能力，台词有画面感，作品能打动人； 3、对"叙事和玩法如何融合"有自己的思考，和关卡设计师、导演一起良好协作； 4、掌握影视化叙事的基本技巧，能写包含镜头、动作、台词的分镜脚本； 5、有丰富的游戏体验、书籍阅读、或影视作品阅片量，对其中的叙事和演出手法有自己的分析和理解； 6、积极主动，责任心与沟通能力强，热爱游戏叙事。 作品集要求： 1、投递请提供：游戏体验经历、书籍/影视剧偏好和举例、相关作品集（作品请随简历作为附件上传，不建议提供网盘链接）； 2、同时欢迎分享个人写作网站/社交网站主页。
