We are looking for a Tier 2 Cloud Engineer to join a growing cloud and managed services team. This is a hands-on technical role supporting and optimizing customer cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and cloud infrastructure, combined with excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Manage, monitor, and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments
• Troubleshoot complex cloud, infrastructure, networking, authentication, and performance issues
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtual machines, storage, and security services
• Provide Tier 2 technical escalation for complex service desk and managed services tickets
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity environments
• Assist with cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization
• Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues and provide recommendations
• Support security initiatives including patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and security incidents
• Participate in maintenance windows and after-hours support rotations when required
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
• Share knowledge with junior engineers and contribute to team development

💻 Key Technical Skills

Must Have:

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Cloud Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Strong Windows Server & Active Directory knowledge
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Solid networking knowledge:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• VPNs
• VLANs
• Firewalls
• Routing & Switching
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced managed services environment

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with:

• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Azure Backup & Site Recovery
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft Defender
• PowerShell automation
• Managed Services / RMM tools
• Ticketing platforms

Certifications such as AZ-104, Microsoft 365, Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
