职位描述
1、需求规划与推进：负责制定项目美术全链路需求规划与详细里程碑计划，跟进全流程执行、跟踪关键节点交付，定期输出项目状态报告。 2、预算与成本管理：主导项目美术预算编制、执行与全周期管控，搭建成本监控体系，实现全流程追踪与动态把控，确保资源投入与产出目标对齐。 3、风险识别和管理：前置识别项目进度、质量、成本等维度的潜在风险，制定分级应对预案并推动落地闭环，保障项目平稳推进。 4、流程效能优化：持续优化美术项目管理流程与协作规范，协助推动 AI 美术工具在团队内的落地与应用，提升美术管线整体研发效能。 5、AI项目管理应用：搭建 AI 驱动的项目风险管控体系，覆盖进度、质量、成本、人力、外包等全维度风险，实现风险自动识别、分级预警与应对方案智能推荐。
职位要求
1、5 年及以上游戏行业美术项目管理工作经验，有完整次世代卡牌游戏项目研发经验者优先。 2、熟悉游戏美术各环节生产流程、品质标准与技术特性，可独立完成美术工作量评估与排期合理性校验。 3、熟悉游戏项目全流程管理，有 Scrum Master 认证或 PMP 证书者优先。 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、较强的抗压能力，以及出色的团队协作精神与自驱力。 5、了解项目管理类 AI 工具与落地应用场景，有 AI 赋能项目管理实践经验者优先。
