🏗️ Talent Acquisition Specialist – Civil, Construction 👷

📍 Antwerpen, Antwerpen, Belgium

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and enhance candidate experience within the civil and construction sector! 🚧 You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires. 🤝

📋 Key Responsibilities

👉 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for payroll employees, from intake to contract proposal

👉 Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit with Lantis

👉 Collaborate with Managed Service Providers for external employee recruitment and follow up on submissions

👉 Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, generating sufficient candidate inflow

👉 Optimize and manage various inflow channels to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants

👉 Write compelling job descriptions that align with the employer brand and engage candidates ✍️

👉 Lead employer branding projects and internal mobility initiatives in line with the HR strategy 📈

✅ Required Qualifications

🔹 Master's degree in any discipline (additional Master's in Human Resources Management preferred) 🎓

🔹 10+ years of experience in recruitment and selection

🔹 3+ years of experience recruiting for an employer in an engineering environment (construction or civil/infrastructure sector) 🏗️

🔹 3+ years of experience in recruitment within the public procurement administrative context

🔹 Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch 🇳🇱

🌟 Nice to Have

✨ Experience with AI-based recruitment tools or agents 🤖

✨ Proven track record in employer branding and internal mobility initiatives

✨ Ability to promote Total Talent Management strategy internally and externally
