Executive Summary:

Your role is to deliver high-performance talents over a culture of speed, transparency, and ambitious standards - through the whole employee lifecycle from hiring to development.

You work closely with the CEO, Michał Blak and managers to build a company of Drivers, where impact is the unit of work and feedback is direct and actionable.

How you will spend your time:

You own the end-to-end system that keeps edrone fast, transparent, and ambitious: who we hire, how expectations are set, and how feedback translates into measurable performance.

  1. High-speed & transparent hiring:

  • You lead end-to-end recruitment for Poland (Sales, IT, Customer Care), aligning with Hiring Managers on clear deliverables and defining “excellent” by outcomes, not activity.

  • You design decisive, high-signal selection processes that validate mindset first, followed by skills validation.

  • You operate hiring in a simple model: clear expectations → fast decisions → direct feedback. No hidden rules, no vague promises, no misalignment.

  1. Performance Partnership: You partner with managers to translate company goals into clear individual expectations and measurable deliverables. You help managers reinforce ownership, maintain tight feedback loops, and make timely talent decisions based on impact — ensuring that activity never replaces performance.

  2. Culture & Development: You scale culture as daily behavior: speed, transparency, ambition, ownership, and direct feedback. You strengthen onboarding around expectations, accelerate development through learning-by-doing, and support AI adoption so performance becomes sharper and faster over time.

  3. International Scope: You work within Polish business hours and collaborate continuously with teams in Brazil and Mexico, maintaining shared standards and consistent performance expectations. You occasionally collaborate on-site during business travel, depending on business needs.

  4. Workshops & Trainings: You identify what drives top performance and turn it into repeatable standards. You work with managers to ensure performance measurement, direct feedback, and lessons learned are effectively implemented for teams to succeed.

  5. AI as Leverage: AI is treated as an execution leverage layer. Your responsibility is to help managers and teams implement AI in their daily work - embedding it into workflows, habits, expectations, and feedback loops so it becomes a real multiplier of speed and quality.

Who you are:

  • You move fast and decide early. You communicate clearly and give direct feedback. You take ownership and consistently orient your work around impact.

  • You have solid experience in a People Partner / People & Culture role with real ownership of end-to-end hiring.

  • You have recruited across business and technical roles (Sales, Customer Care, IT are strong advantages).

  • You can partner with Hiring Managers with clarity and backbone - turning “we need someone good” into measurable deliverables and decisive hiring outcomes.

  • You previously worked closely with managers, supporting them in performance and talent decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Your English is strong (B2+/C1) to collaborate across markets.
