サプライチェーンプログラムマネージャー (Supply Chain Program Manager-Strategic Sourcing & Procurement)

＜職務内容＞

サプライチェーンプログラムマネージャーは、新規および既存製品のソーシング・調達、プロセス改善、サプライチェーン変革プログラムをリードします。関係部門間の連携を推進し、リスクを早期に特定・対処しながら、各プログラムを定められたスケジュール・スコープ内で完遂させ、ビジネスへの具体的な成果をもたらすことを責務とします。

この役割は、クロスファンクショナルな組織に対して幅広い視点でリーダーシップを発揮し、新製品がコスト、品質、機能性、スケジュール、生産目標を達成できるようリードします。ステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、製品調達計画、安定供給の維持、コスト目標について合意形成を図ります。また、各コモディティマネージャーと協力して、供給リスクを最小限に抑え、安定供給を実現する調達戦略を立案・実行を担います。

The Supply Chain Program Manager leads critical initiatives such as new product launches, capacity expansions, and transformation programs. This role drives alignment, mitigates risks, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

This role provides expansive thought leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure new products meet cost, quality, functionality, schedule, and production objectives. The Supply Chain Program Manager works closely with senior stakeholders to align on product sourcing plans, supply continuity, and cost targets. Program manager partners with Global Commodity Managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies that minimize risk and ensure continuity of supply.

• 調達・購買領域におけるスコープ・スケジュール・リソース・予算のエンドツーエンドのプログラム管理のオーナーシップ
• 社内ガバナンスフレームワークおよびマイルストーンレビュープロセスの徹底

戦略的調達と計画立案

• 技術・供給・コスト・品質・供給体制の強靭性のギャップを解消するための調達戦略の策定・実行
• 新製品立ち上げ（NPI）プログラムにおける部材の段階的調達計画の策定、及び、円滑な量産移行
• 需要予測とサプライヤーのリードタイム分析を活用した在庫の最適配置
• コモディティマネージャーおよび戦略的コスト管理チームと連携し、製品コスト管理施策を主導

サプライヤー・パートナー管理

• コスト・品質・供給安定性・イノベーション・サステナビリティの観点からサプライヤーのパフォーマンスを管理
• 事業継続性確保のため、新規および代替サプライヤーの認定・承認
• 主要サプライヤーとともにVA/VEおよび継続的改善活動を推進
• 長期的な調達戦略を支える強固なサプライヤーとの信頼関係構築

プロセス改善とレポーティング

• リーンおよびシックスシグマの手法を活用した継続的な業務改善の推進
• プログラムの成果指標・KPIを策定し、ステークホルダーへの定期的報告
• アフターアクションレビューを実施し、知見を集約してプロセス改善に反映

ステークホルダーエンゲージメント

• エンジニアリング・品質・製造・生産計画・購買・NPI／量産継続プログラム管理の各チームとの連携
• サプライチェーン戦略、プログラムの進捗状況を、各ビジネスファンクション・経営陣に発信・共有
• ステアリングコミッティおよび経営陣向けレビューフォーラムの運営サポート

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure material and component readiness for NPI and sustaining programs
• Own end-to-end program management of scope, schedule, resources, and budget across sourcing and procurement workstreams
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and milestone review processes

Strategic Sourcing & Planning

• Define and execute sourcing strategies to close gaps in technology, supply, cost, quality, and resiliency
• Develop material ramp plans for NPI programs and manage transitions to mass production
• Optimize inventory positioning using demand forecasts and supplier lead-time analysis
• Lead product cost management initiatives in partnership with Global Commodity Managers and Strategic Cost Management teams

Supplier & Partner Management

• Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, resiliency, innovation, and sustainability objectives
• Facilitate qualification of new and alternate suppliers to support business continuity
• Lead VA/VE and continuous improvement initiatives with key supply partners
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term sourcing strategies

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Develop, track, and communicate program metrics and KPIs to senior stakeholders
• Conduct after-action reviews to capture learnings and implement process improvements

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and NPI/Sustaining Program Management teams
• Communicate supply chain strategies and program status to business units and leadership
• Support steering committees and executive review forums

Qualifications

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞

• サプライチェーン・オペレーション・工学・経営学または関連分野の学士号
• サプライチェーン、調達、または、製造オペレーション領域における、プログラム／プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験5年以上
• Excel・PowerPoint・ERPシステム、およびAIツール（Copilotまたはそれに類するLLM／AIエージェント等）の実務活用能力
• 高い分析力・問題解決能力、およびステークホルダーへの明確なコミュニケーション能力

＜あると望ましい経験、資格、スキル＞

• 修士号（MBA、または技術系・定量系専攻）
• グローバルサプライチェーンオペレーション、および新製品立ち上げ（NPI）／製品ライフサイクル管理の経験
• ベストプラクティスに基づく調達手法を活用した、部材・資材プログラムマネジメントの経験
• リーン、シックスシグマ、またはその他の体系的なプロセス改善手法に関する知識・経験

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of program/project management experience in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and AI productivity tools (Copilot or equivalent LLM/agents)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA or technical/quantitative discipline)
• Experience with global supply chain operations and NPI/product lifecycle management
• Background in materials program management with best-in-class procurement practices
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured process improvement frameworks
