整车项目管理-studio方向上海社招全职项目管理本科及以上5-7 年职位描述As the Program manager for Body/Cabin/Platform, take the operation responsibility of system integration team (XIT)
1.Cross functional leadership - Lead XIT team members' cooperation with XIT
leader. Consolidate all the inputs from PD/Design/VE/ML/PIM/FIN/SD/SO/Quality and
drive for efficient decisions on time.
2.Timing plan & key milestones' management - Consolidate component level/system
level development plan. Proactively detect risks & lead to build mitigation plan.
Track the deliverables according to NPDP and organize pre-review at XIT level.
3.BC management - Maintain the FIN target/status review, and work with team to
find a clear gap closure plan.
4.General management - Hold weekly XIT meeting to regularly review program
progress and monitor its health. Track XIT level top issues & lead key
stakeholders to get issues solved.职位要求1.Requirement: 5-8 years’ experience of automotive industry, 3-5 years’ PM
experience, 1-3 years’ cross functional work experience.
2.Requirement: Knowledge of product/vehicle development procedure, timing
management and technical proposal consolidation.
3.Prefer: Product engineering/Manufacturing engineering background is a
plus; 3-5 projects’ work experience; Self-driven/motivated, team spirit, structured
