Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  跟踪全球及中国氢能政策、技术趋势及竞争格局等，识别市场机会与风险
• 
  根据公司的资源和技术优势，制定氢能业务拓展策略
• 
  确定优先进入的市场并且明确客户群体
• 
  寻找潜在客户并建立合作关系，与上下游企业有较多的互动并促成项目落地
• 
  主导氢能项目的前期策划，包括经济性测算以及商业模式设计
• 
  协调内部外部资源，推动项目进入实施阶段

Your Qualifications

• 
  本科及以上，985/211优先考虑或国外同等学历，专业背景不限
• 
  8-10年以上工作经验，在氢能行业至少3年及以上工作经验
• 
  熟悉大中型氢能项目招投标要求及框架，亲自参与或者主导实施过相关项目并具有较为丰富的项目经验
• 
  在招投标项目中具备较强的业务拓展能力，能够有效协调和组织公司内外部资源进行商务沟通和谈判
• 鼓励适应快节奏及不断变化行业环境，具备团队合作精神的候选人申请。
