Job Responsibilities:
職務目的
門市 IT 軟體支援營運主管 負責門市端軟體營運的整體管理,確保門市系統、企業平台與各項整合介面之軟體穩定性、設定正確性及資料流的可靠性。
此職位以 資料正確性、系統整合與門市應用程式穩定運作為核心,著重於長期營運可靠性,不包含任何硬體或設備管理責任。
主要職責
門市軟體營運管理
- 負責門市端軟體營運管理,包括:
- POS 軟體相關設定與參數
- 非 POS 門市端應用系統
- 門市系統設定、角色與權限管理
- 擔任複雜、跨系統或重複性門市軟體問題的升級處理窗口。
- 作為 門市端軟體營運相關判斷的最終決策者。
D365 與企業系統整合
- 負責門市端 D365 營運支援,包括:
- 門市整合運作與日常穩定性
- 與 ERP、財務、營運及業務單位的問題協調
- 門市端驗證、對帳與影響分析
- 確保門市作業與企業系統運作方向一致。
資料整合與營運穩定性
- 監督 門市相關資料整合流程,包括:
- 分析事件與資料異常趨勢,降低問題重複發生並提升系統可靠度。
系統上線與變更支援
- 負責系統上線前的門市準備作業與影響評估。
- 執行上線後的監控與穩定化支援。
團隊與跨部門合作
- 與應用系統、資料、基礎架構團隊及廠商協作,推動問題改善。
- 建立並維護門市軟體營運標準、設定基準與相關文件。
- 指導與培育門市軟體工程師。
- 與硬體主管及 User Help Desk 主管合作完成端到端問題處理 (不含硬體管理)。
Role Purpose
The Supervisor – Store Software owns end-to-end store-side software operations This role ensures software stability, correct configuration, and reliable data flow across store systems, enterprise platforms, and integrations.
This position is critical to data correctness, system integration, and store-side application stability, with a focus on sustainable operational reliability rather than hardware or device management.
Key Responsibilities
Store Software Operations Management
- Manage store-side software operations, including:
- POS software configurations and parameters
- Non-POS store-side applications
- Store-facing system settings, roles, and access control
- Act as escalation owner for complex, cross-system, or recurring store software issues.
- Serve as the final decision point for store-side software operational judgments
D365 & Enterprise System Integration
- Manage store-side operational support for D365, including:
- Store integration operations and daily stability
- Issue coordination with ERP, finance, operations, and business teams
- Store-side validation, reconciliation, and impact analysis
- Ensure alignment between store execution and enterprise system expectations.
Data Integration & Operational Reliability
- Oversee store-related data integration flows, including:
- Transactional data
- Operational and master data
- Interface health, data consistency checks, and exception handling
- Analyze incident patterns and data discrepancies to reduce recurrence and improve reliability.
Release & Change Support
- Support store system releases by managing:
- Store-side readiness and prerequisite validation
- Impact assessment and deployment risk awareness
- Post-release monitoring and stabilization
Leadership & Collaboration
- Coordinate with application teams, data teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors on software fixes and improvements.
- Establish and maintain store software operational standards, configuration baselines, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Store Software engineers.
- Collaborate with Hardware and User Help Desk Supervisors to ensure end-to-end issue resolution and service continuity, clearly excluding hardware ownership
Requirements:
資格條件
- 具門市系統支援、應用系統營運或企業系統整合相關經驗。
- 熟悉 POS 軟體生態、門市端應用系統及 D365 整合(具相關經驗者佳)。
- 了解資料流程、介面運作及營運資料驗證。
- 具工程師帶領或指導經驗。
- 具良好跨團隊溝通與協調能力。
Qualifications
- Experience in store system support, application operations, or enterprise system integration.
- Solid understanding of POS ecosystems, store-side applications, and ERP integration (D365 preferred).
- Familiarity with data flows, interfaces, and operational data validation.
- Strong coordination skills across technical and business teams.
