•负责成都部分区域宠物店渠道的覆盖、分销和门店管理，确保达成负责区域的各项KPI指标；
•确保按标准执行公司的各项销售政策、市场行销活动、及消费者活动；
•规划区域内门店拓展活动并发展和跟进新客户；
•负责向客户传递公司的品牌理念、培训产品专业知识、推进各类型门店签约执行；
•定期和客户进行财务分析并制定合理的商业计划以确保客户盈利的可持续增长；
•收集市场上的行业信息并及时汇报给上级经理；
•针对各种执行上的偏差，要及时采取纠偏行动方案以确保营业额的可持续增长
