受聘者將負責為國際學院石門校園室內游泳池及運動中心日常運作, 職責包括拯溺、各項設施及器材的裝置和清潔、場務、櫃位接待及處理查詢等工作。
資歷及經驗
應徵者須完成中學課程(毅進文憑舊學制中五/新高中學制中六), 持有有效急救證書及香港拯溺總會發出的泳池救生章, 及具有相關工作經驗優先考慮。另持有有效自動體外心臟去顫法(AED)證書者為佳。應徵者必須通過游泳及拯溺測試。
每週五天工作, 每週工作時數為39小時(不包括用膳時間), 星期一至六須輪班工作(08:00-21:00)。
首次聘任將以固定期限合約形式進行, 合約期至2027年8月止。約滿後, 經雙方同意及校方在考慮撥款情況許可下, 可繼續聘任。
薪酬將按資歷及工作經驗而定。福利包括有薪年假十四天、約滿酬金、團體醫療福利、牙科保健、在職培訓及晉升機會。
