职位描述
作为一名成本工程师，你需要利用你所掌握的成本分析方法、基于你对分析对象的成本要素理解，分析出与该对象相关的各项费用的合理成本水平。与此同时协助对口的采购员与供应商进行商务谈判，帮助公司取得最有竞争力的成本，并在后续工作中持续思考并协同上下游部门推动针对该对象的成本优化方案，从而确保公司能够在市场快速变革的大背景下持续性动态优化成本管理能力与成本竞争力。 这个岗位需要你具备扎实的产品知识，拥有对以生产制造为代表的工业活动、以企业运营为代表的商业活动的基本逻辑与模式的了解，也需要你具备良好的商务与持续学习技能。 1. 通过培训学习，掌握基于作业成本法 - ABC(Activity based costing) 的成本分析方法，建立起对不同类别分析对象的成本要素及结构的拆分、识别与分析能力 2. 通过培训学习以及供应商走访，掌握成本分析对象的相关制造工艺知识（比如注塑、冲压、表面处理等）及其生产工具/设备的基础成本结构（比如模具、检具、压铸机等） 3. 通过培训学习以及供应商走访，掌握成本分析对象的商业模式，并基于此实现面向特定对象的成本影响因素识别与评价 4. 通过培训学习，提高商务谈判技能 5. 通过培训学习，对成本数据进行统计分析，提炼信息、发现规律，并能够应用在成本分析之中 6. 其它部门内部相关事务性工作 7. 上级安排的其它工作任务
