你知道近几年很火热的VR眼镜、随处可见的刷脸设备、工厂里的智能相机、控制平板，靠什么"思考"吗？中科创达会给你答案，2008年成立，2015年上市，16000+伙伴一起把业务做到了全球14国43城，依托高通平台，从一块模组到一台整机全链路自研，让我们的方案成为全球智能设备的"大脑"。加入我们，参与定义下一代智能硬件——从一块模组到一台整机，处处有你的签名。 岗位职责 1、负责 SOM 模组产品市场调研、需求分析与竞品跟踪，重点关注端侧 AI、边缘计算趋势； 2、参与制定产品路线图与生命周期管理，配合项目经理推进开发、测试、量产全流程； 3、参与端侧 AI 方案的评估与落地（加速单元选型、模型部署适配、性能与功耗平衡），将 AI 能力转化为产品卖点； 4、编写 PRD、功能定义、技术规格书等产品文档； 5、跟进测试验证，分析结果、推动问题闭环； 6、支持销售与市场，提供产品培训、技术支持与推广资料。 福利待遇 1.自研团队，正编岗位，五险一金，交通、午餐/晚餐补贴； 2.每周双休，弹性打卡； 3.导师1对1带教，雏鹰计划/superman等 明确的培养计划、各职位序列清晰的晋升通道。
职位要求
任职要求 1、985/211/QS前100本科及以上，理工科背景（电子/计算机/自动化等优先）； 2、英语口语可流利沟通； 3、了解嵌入式、物联网、智能硬件，掌握基础软硬件知识；熟悉 SOM/嵌入式开发流程者优先； 4、熟练使用AI Agent，对 AI 技术有基本认知，了解端侧 AI、NPU/AI 加速器者优先； 5、沟通协作能力强，能推动跨部门合作；英语可作为工作语言（必须）； 6、熟练使用 PPT、Excel，逻辑清晰、责任心强、能承受一定压力。 加分项：SOM/嵌入式硬件产品或项目经验；了解高通、NXP、MTK、展锐等主流平台生态；有项目管理或产品经验；有 AI 相关项目经历。
