作 為華邦的(竹北) Software Product Manager_PLM/PDM Applications系統 ，你將協助內部需求部門建置完善的資訊系統平台，促進企業內部運作並提升生產力。工作內容包含： ，以下為工作內容、工作條件以及重要通知。
【工作內容】
1.參與研發循環(PLM/PDM)系統之產品規劃與功能設計，包含需求蒐集、流程分析與規格撰寫
2.運用敏捷開發(Scrum)流程協作開發與測試，追蹤系統使用成效並協助提出優化建議
3.執行產品生命週期中之需求分析、協作設計、功能驗收與上線支援，確保規格順利落地
4.跨部門溝通協調，協助推動流程優化或系統改善，提升研發作業效率
5.彙整使用者需求與回饋，提出可行的產品改善方案，提升系統易用性與使用者滿意度
工作地點：竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)
