作 為華邦的(竹北) Senior Software Product Manager_客製化內部應用系統 ，你將協助內部需求部門建置完善的資訊系統平台，促進企業內部運作並提升生產力。工作內容包含： ，以下為工作內容、工作條件以及重要通知。
【工作內容】
1.負責內部各項員工服務的客製化、並整合開發與自動化工具（RPA 或 Workflow Engine）的系統產品策略與發展規劃
2.運用敏捷開發(Scrum)與數據分析，監控系統績效與使用者回饋，推動持續優化與創新
3.主導產品系統生命週期管理，涵蓋需求分析、系統設計、開發測試、上線導入與持續優化
4.跨部門協作推動系統整合與流程自動化，提升單位作業效率
5.蒐集使用者需求與痛點，轉化為具體產品規格與改進計畫，持續提升系統使用體驗與營運成效
工作地點：竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)

5. 熟悉敏捷流程與工具（Jira／Confluence）
