🌟 Senior Software C#.Net CORE / AI Engineer

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain modern, scalable applications using NET C# and complementary technologies.

• Experiment with multiple technical approaches through rapid prototyping.

• Deliver high-quality, production-ready software on a regular basis.

• Develop deep expertise in the team’s codebase and system architecture.

• Perform insightful code reviews, considering both implementation and architectural impact.

• Ensure documentation exists for all critical systems and contribute to shared technical guides.

• Monitor dashboards and alerts, responding to incidents with appropriate urgency.

• Drive technical decision-making by identifying risks, trade-offs, and alignment across teams.

• Diagnose complex issues, implement fixes, and add automated regression tests.

• Lead technical refinements and improvements from specification to delivery.

• Mentor, coach, and empower other engineers through knowledge sharing, demos, and presentations.

👤 Profile sought:

Degree: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with NET C#

Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of microservices architectures, patterns, and trade-offs.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging tools (Kafka preferred; Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and choosing the right tool for each use case.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring other engineers.

• Ability to independently solve highly complex technical problems.

• Experience quickly understanding complex architectures and large codebases.

• Understanding of feature flags for faster and safer releases.

• Frontend experience with Angular or Node.js is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
