In this role, you will lead a team of project managers and personally own the delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple business domains and technologies bringing both people leadership and hands-on execution to the table. Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realisation. Lead strategic programmes from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and measurable outcomes.
Maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, PMO standards, tooling, and methodologies to ensure consistency and rigour across the portfolio.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact programme delivery, providing thought leadership to navigate complexity and ensure successful outcomes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions, engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for senior stakeholders, providing clear, timely status reporting and maintaining strong communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Stay current with industry trends and develop strong knowledge of the functional areas intersecting the Program Management role, employing the appropriate tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to operate at senior leadership level, navigate ambiguity, and provide clear, transparent reporting to diverse audiences.
