We are searching for the best talent for Senior Financial Analyst
Purpose:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Services (GS) FP&Ato be located in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Global Services organization, specifically the Procurement function. You will lead the Global Procurement consolidation process, tracking the organization's financial performance and contributing to financial reporting strategies by leveraging information from various key partners. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong business partnering skills, ability to navigate and manage complexity and proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Required:
· 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related degree
· Relationship-building skills, including stakeholder management
· Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, including making recommendations on how the organization can improve performance based on financial data
· Demonstrate problem solving skills, including analyzing information and making reasoned decisions based on analysis
· Microsoft Office knowledge, including the use of various programs to perform daily tasks
· Advanced English
Preferred:
· Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other Advanced degree
· Advanced handling of Excel
· Experience using data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc. and data analysis tools such as SAP, Anaplan, etc.
· Learning agility, including the integration of new knowledge and experiences quickly
· Experience with regions outside LATAM
