We're representing a leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) that empowers businesses to fully leverage their existing data infrastructure. This company enables seamless data synchronization between data warehouses and essential business tools, enhancing data access and integrity. Their platform supports personalized marketing campaigns, optimized customer engagement, and streamlined operational processes, all through a user-friendly interface.
What You Will Do
- Partner with enterprise account executives throughout the sales cycle, delivering tailored technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer data warehouse environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise prospects, addressing complex inquiries related to data synchronization, security, compliance, and scalability.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer use cases across various workflows, including CRM and marketing automation.
- Build and maintain custom demo environments, technical documentation, and reusable assets to support the sales and solutions teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and advocate for enterprise customer needs.
- Support customer onboarding and early implementation to ensure a smooth transition from sale to value realization.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales role, preferably in the data platform, analytics, or martech sectors.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based data synchronization.
- Familiarity with the martech ecosystem, including CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and interpret queries confidently.
Preferred
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with the nuances of marketing technology and data management solutions.
- Previous experience at a startup or well-regarded company in the SaaS space.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $155K, complemented by meaningful equity compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
