職務内容（Job Description）

・クライアントの要件を理解した上で、主題専門家（SME）と共にクエリを定義する。

・バックエンド技術と言語（Python、Spark、Rest API など）を使用してカスタムエクストラ

クター を開発する。

・既存のエクストラクターをカスタマイズする（SQL を使用したデータベースエクストラク タ

ー、Kafka を使用したイベントストリーミングなど）、および Docker を使用してデプロイす

る。

・データの発見、マッピング、クレンジングのためのカスタムデータモデルを作成する。

・製品開発チームと協力し、顧客のニーズを将来的な製品機能へと転換する。

・データの可視化およびダッシュボードのプロトタイプを作成する。

・データ投入・加工・結合に必要なスクリプトやアプリを開発する。

・クライアントの要件に応じて、AI エージェントの開発をする

・データ可視化技術（Power BI、Grafana、Plotly Dash など）が適切に使用されるよう開発を

する。

・適切なデータ変換技術（Databricks、Azure、GCP、AWS など）が適切に使用されるよう開

発する。

・Cognite Data Fusion 内で、データが効率的にモデリングおよびコンテキスト化（グラフ、リ

レーショナルなど）されるよう開発をする。

・全体的な技術ソリューションを設計し、顧客のエコシステムおよびターゲット・アーキテク

チャ内での技術的な適合性を確保すること。

・ソリューションの重要な品質基準（CI/CD、ロギング、セキュリティなど）を満たす。

・納品されたソリューションの運用責任およびサポート契約が明確に定義されていること。

・Cognite のデータコネクタ、SQL、Python/Java、REST API を使用して、統合およびデータ

モデルを設計すること。

・Cognite Data Fusion に関する、顧客やパートナーからの信頼されるアドバイザーとなるこ

と。

求める人物像とスキル

≪必須条件≫

• データエンジニア・AI 技術に関する知識・素養・意欲
• 英語の読み書きレベル以上（会話にも意欲的な方）
• Python によるコーディング経験
• 顧客や社内メンバーとのコミュニケーション能力

≪歓迎条件≫

• ドメイン知識： 重厚長大産業における運用データ（Operational Data）およびビジネ

スドライバーに関する経験。

• 学歴： 学士号（必須）、修士号があれば尚可。
• コンサルティング能力： 顧客や同僚と自信を持って要件交渉ができるコンサルティン

グ経験。

• 統合設計： エンタープライズ統合、顧客関係管理、または IT 統合設計の経験。
• プロジェクトリード： データおよびアナリティクスプロジェクトの経験があり、自信

を持って実装をリードできること。

• 広範な技術知識： データおよびアナリティクススタックに関する幅広い技術経験。
• BI ツール： ビジネスインテリジェンスツールおよびエンタープライズ分析スタック

（Power BI 等）への習熟。

• データツール： SQL およびビッグデータツール（Apache Spark エコシステム等）への

習熟。

• クラウド経験： パブリッククラウド（AWS、GCP、Azure のいずれか、特に Azure 推

奨）の経験。ネットワークセキュリティ概念、ID プロバイダー、アプリケーションホス

• アーキテクチャ設計スキル： データモデリング、および従来のデータウェアハウスや

ビッグデータアーキテクチャなどのインフラソリューションに関するスキル。

• 関連技術（産業機器とそのライフサイクルでの使用、Data Lakes、Lakehouses、Data

Warehouses、Business Intelligence、DataOps、機械学習/ジェネレーティブ AI など）

How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

Define queries alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based on an understanding of client requirements.

Develop custom extractors using backend technologies and languages (Python,Spark, Rest API, etc.).

Customize existing extractors (e.g., database extractors using SQL, event streaming with Kafka) and deploy using Docker.

Create custom data models for data discovery, mapping, and cleansing.

Collaborate with product development teams to translate customer needs into future product features.

Prototype data visualizations and dashboards.

Develop scripts and applications required for data ingestion, processing, and

integration.

Develop AI agents according to client requirements.

Ensure appropriate use of data visualization technologies (Power BI, Grafana, Plotly Dash, etc.).

Develop using appropriate data transformation technologies (Databricks, Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.).

Model and contextualize data efficiently (graph, relational, etc.) within Cognite Data Fusion.

Design overall technical solutions to ensure technical fit within the customer’s ecosystem and target architecture.

Meet critical quality standards for solutions (CI/CD, logging, security, etc.).

Clearly define operational responsibilities and support agreements for delivered

solutions.

Design integrations and data models using Cognite data connectors, SQL,Python/Java, and REST APIs.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners regarding Cognite Data Fusion.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge, aptitude, and passion for Data Engineering and AI technology.

English proficiency: Reading/writing level or higher (must be proactive about verbal communication).

Professional coding experience in Python.

Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members.

Preferred

Domain Knowledge: Experience with operational data and business drivers in heavy industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred.

Consulting Ability: Experience negotiating requirements confidently with customers and peers.

Integration Design: Experience in enterprise integration, CRM, or IT integration design.

Project Leadership: Experience leading implementation in data and analytics projects.

Technical Breadth: Broad experience across the data and analytics stack.

BI Tools: Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and enterprise analytics (e.g.,Power BI).

Data Tools: Proficiency in SQL and Big Data tools (e.g., Apache Spark ecosystem).

Cloud Experience: Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure—Azure

preferred), including network security, IDPs, and application hosting.

Operations: Experience in support and change management; designing architectures for centralized monitoring, logging, and reporting.

DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment environments.

Technical Background: Willingness and ability to write code for advanced

topics when necessary.

Architectural Skills: Skills in data modeling and infrastructure solutions (e.g.,Data Warehouse, Big Data architecture).

Industry Tech: Familiarity with industrial equipment lifecycles, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, DataOps, and GenAI.

Stakeholder Management: Success in coordinating across diverse stakeholders (IT/DX teams, plant managers, engineering depts) from initial pilot to enterprise-wide scale.

Startup Experience: Experience in Series A, B, or C startups.
