【業務内容】
・ブローカー事業の経営陣に対し、コンプライアンスに関する助言と解決策の提供
・金融関連の法令調査やコンプライアンス観点のアドバイザリー業務・社内規程等の策定/整備、コンプライアンス社内研修の企画/実施。
・関連規制機関の方針およびガイドラインに従い、コンプライアンス・プログラムの策定、見直し及び実施。
・AML/CFT およびその他の要件に関して業務を遂行するためのベストプラクティスの手順を実施し、関連規制当局の要求に従って完全なコンプライアンスを確保
・コンプライアンス・リスク管理の方針および手順を策定し、効果的な対策を実施して内部オペレーショナル・リスクを最小化
・コンプライアンスに関連する事項や問い合わせについて、関連規制当局との連絡・調整
・経営陣の求めに応じて臨時業務の遂行
・リスクベースのアプローチに基づきコンプライアンス・モニタリング・プログラムを実施し、リスクが適切に特定、評価、監視、管理されていることを確認
・定期的なコンプライアンスレビューを実施し、手順が規制要件やビジネス変化に適合していることを確認
Requirements
【必須（MUST）】
・証券コンプライアンスのご経験
・金融当局（例：SESC、FSA、KLFB、JSDA、JSCC、JPX等）の関連規則の知識
・自立心、優れた分析力及びストレス耐性
・優れたプレゼンテーション能力と問題解決能力
・マイクロソフト・オフィス・スイートの使用に堪能
・日本語ネイティブレベル

・中国語もしくは英語ビジネスレベル
