• Lead planning-related initiatives with a focus on achieving ambitious goals aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute forward-thinking planning strategies to enhance warehouse and inventory efficiency, anticipating and addressing challenges proactively.
• Utilize forecasting models and advanced data analysis to control and report on inventory performance, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, designing and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive productivity.
• Identify and promote advanced tools and systems to support enhanced planning and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional communication skills, collaborating effectively with international teams and positioning yourself as a future leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or a related field, with demonstrated progression and leadership potential.
• Proficient in inventory and demand planning, with a strategic mindset aimed at long-term improvement.
• Strong experience with analytical tools, including but not limited to Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS), Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365).
• A driven team player with a strong sense of initiative, independence, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions and actionable plans.
